The UK Chief Medical Officer's Physical Activity Guidelines (2019) recommend an average of at least 60 minutes a day of physical activity averaged over a week.
At Lealholm, we are proud that our children comfortably exceed this average over a week through a mix of playtimes, PE lessons, After School clubs and active learning outside the classroom.
